Should such damage be identified, we will provide optional services for a complete device replacement, available at an additional cost.

For “Display Screen Replacement,” if your iPhone exhibits additional damage that renders it ineligible for a screen replacement, your device will be treated as an “out of warranty” case. Consequently, a whole unit replacement will be arranged, and this service will be considered as a paid service.

  3. Disable FMI (Find My iPhone) from your iCloud account to allow us to carry out the necessary repairs.
  4. Temporarily disable the Passcode and/or Face ID to facilitate diagnostics and repairs.
  5. Remove the SIM card, as well as any cases or screen protectors attached to your iPhone.

Please be aware that we do not assume responsibility for any loss of data, screen protectors, or cases during the repair process. Taking these precautions will help ensure a smoother repair experience and safeguard your valuable data and accessories.

Whenever feasible, we strive to conduct in-store repairs for your convenience. However, certain devices may require being sent to Apple for repairs, which could extend the turnaround time. If your device falls under this category, rest assured that we will promptly notify you about the situation as soon as possible. Our priority is to keep you informed throughout the repair process to minimize any inconvenience.
